In order to define a brand, particularly one that is member-owned and focused, we like to start from the bottom-up – listening to employees and members lays the foundation for top-level brand strategy development. We worked with SELCO Community Credit Union to listen, evaluate and synthesize the needs and wants of both employees and members. Insights were formed through conducting focus groups and surveys which influenced the creation of corporate values, graphic standards and website redesign.
